We get the need for process improvement because we’ve lived it. Each of us at Rucker and Associates has worked in a Continuous Improvement office and held senior operations positions. That gives us a unique understanding of the client side of our business.
When it comes to Lean Six Sigma, we didn’t learn it from a book. We learned it from its source. Taiichi Ohno founded the Toyota Production System — which eventually became the practice of leanmanufacturing. His protégées now train others in the practice — including those of us at Rucker and Associates.
It’s not about meeting client expectations. It’s about exceeding them. The training we provide our clients doesn’t just end when the work-shop does. Through ongoing mentoring and follow-up, we stay connected — sharing ownership of both the new processes and the intended results
